Simulation And Analysis

Simulations are virtual test environments created by analysis programs that can be used before the production of almost every part. It is the whole of the tests performed in a computer environment in order to prevent the loss of money and time to be spent with physical production. The two most widely used methods in part production are dynamic analysis and finite element analysis.
Finite Element Analysis (FEA)
Finite element analysis (FEA) is an analysis method that measures and concludes how a product or a system will react to physical conditions such as force, impact, vibration, shock wave, heat resistance, fluid flow under current life conditions. Finite element analysis shows whether the product breaks, wears out or works as designed. This method is one of the key processes in the product development process. Within our company, the components in the design cycle go through a number of analysis processes. These are

  • – Mechanical stress
  • – Mechanical vibration
  • – Fatigue
  • – Movement
  • – Heat transfer
  • – Fluid flow (CFD)

Dynamic Analysis
Dynamic analysis is an analysis method used in the analysis of moving systems. It is very effective in reading and analyzing the stress and strain values created by the loads that will be applied to the structure in the movement of the structure instantaneously or over time. In the dynamic model used for dynamic load analysis of mechanical parts, all bodies are treated as rigid (rigid solid body). It is generally used to measure the durability of the structural design of the part to be created.
